Conti rerouted existing underground utilities, installed new underground utilities, electrical power distribution and lighting systems, expanded the fire alarm system, electrical dock equipment, new welding bus duct system, 6new Air Supply Houses, 60" round ductwork system, chilled water piping, compressed air, natural gas, storm water drains, industrial waste drains, install of a design build weld water system, and 6 new dock door heaters. The project began in the summer of 2011, so our first challenge was successfully performing work safely in the Texas heat. Conti was given a very aggressive schedule to complete this project due to delays in erecting the building and the need for the owner to stay on schedule for the installation of the manufacturing equipment. We successfully completed on schedule with no safety incidents.
